Projected 2010 AL East Final Standings

89-72 (from Replacement Level Yankees Weblog) and that’s good enough for a 3rd place finish, 11 games behind the division winner. 2010 is going to be a a bloodbath in the AL East.

    a little early for standings predictions isn’t it? A lot can happen in 10 weeks.

  2. It’s all on a model based on the projected statistics for the players that currently make up the roster. Baseball Prospectus does something very similar before the season as well.

    I’ve said all along that I think there are 3 90 wins teams in this division in 2010.
