The Money Seat

If you are one of the lucky people who have a ticket to the game tonight, you may get the “honor” of catching Alex Rodriguez’s 600th homer. Given the fact Wade Davis, Matt Garza, and James Shields are all in the top 12 as far as home home run rate (HR/9), there is a good chance that he gets that home run this weekend. The folks at SeatGeek did a great job of trying to figure out the most likely place for that home run to land so if you are in that seat, you have the best chance at being a part of a tarnished history.  For the full report, please visit SeatGeek.

If a Rays fan catches that ball and takes a pen and puts a gigantic asterisk mark on the ball and takes a picture of it, I’ll send them an autographed Jason Bartlett mini-helmet.

Watch it, Jason… diatribes like this from Rays fans place you guys in jeopardy of becoming the new Baltimorons– forever bound up in their hatred and inferiority complexes vis a vis the Yankees 🙂

Good luck on the Wild Card!
