Fangraphs Fan Projections – Links for Rays

Fangraphs has a great, quick way to give some of your projections for players in the upcoming year.  As far as I can tell, you have to go through and find the players you want to project, so I figured I would make it easy for you to project your players.  Simply click the link and fire away.  You will have to register/log-in to make these, but it’s free and if you’re not on fangraphs yet, then it’s about time.  Rays fans are gaining a prominent voice on the web, so let’s do that reputation justice and try to get as many projections as we can out there:

Batters:

Ben Zobrist

John Jaso

Sean Rodriguez

Matt Joyce

Reid Brignac

Kelly Shoppach

Dan Johnson

Desmond Jennings

B. J. Upton

Evan Longoria

Jose Lobaton

Sam Fuld

Pitchers:

Wade Davis

Mike Ekstrom

Jeremy Hellickson

J. P. Howell

Jake McGee

Jeff Niemann

Joel Peralta

David Price

Cesar Ramos

Adam Russell

James Shields

Andy Sonnanstine

Kyle Farnsworth

That’s it, there’s all the guys on the 40-man that you can make a projection for.  How about a couple of guys that I’d love to see:

Manny Ramirez

Grant Balfour

Russell Branyan

Jon Rauch

I’d love to see you guys make some recommendations in the comments for some other guys that you think we might or should sign.

I’ve never been a guy that asks something of people that he wouldn’t do himself, so here’s my off-the-cuff projections for these guys.  I didn’t put a whole ton of thought into this, but I don’t think anybody should agonize over this.  You should have a good feel for these guys and how they’d be used so please take a few minutes to at least do some of your favorite players.
